When serving at room temperature, add the desired amount of Protinut (see guidelines) directly into food or drink.

When serving hot, dilute the desired amount of Protinut (see guidelines) in a small amount of water at room temperature. Add the mixture to your hot drink or dish. Do not reheat once the Protinut has been added.
