May be prepared in two ways-
For best results - pour the powder into the water and mix with a whisk. Adding powder gradually will cause lumps. When adding several measures, it is best to prepare the required amount of powder first before adding to water.
Simple method - Add powder to water and whisk with a fork. Tip - make up small amounts in small containers. If using a fork, lumps are more likely to form.
A 15g packet makes 600ml of finished product (6 x 100ml servings)
A 25g packet makes 1 litre of finished product (10 x 100 ml servings)
